• We require a 50% deposit within 30 days of booking, otherwise date is released.

• Deposit is non-refundable within 90 days of scheduled event date.

• Balance is required on or before the date of the event.

• 4.167% Hawaii State Tax needs to be added to all rates.

• Property rental is for a 12 hour period: noon to midnight time frame.

• All events need to be terminated by 10:00pm and guests departed by 10:30pm

• Break down crews need to be gone by 12:00 midnight.

• Absolutely no smoking anywhere in home or anywhere on the grounds.

• Selections of all caterers, entertainment, lighting companies, etc. as well as all event props/plans, etc. need to be approved by Honuala`i.
