Description
Antique Blue Glass Embossed Buffalo Lithia Water Bottle. Great example of early quack medicine which promoted the medicinal virtues of Virginia spring water which only contained trace amounts of lithium which lead to the FDA suing the company in the early 1900’s. A very early case involving truth in advertising which resulted in the company having to change its name. Approximately 10” tall and 4.5” in diameter across the bottom. Minor chips on the lip as our pictures show. Will ship promptly and carefully.
