If this item includes FREE RETURNS, please be aware that only sealed/unopened items will receive full refunds; please understand that returning items that have been opened will subject you to substantial restocking charges (50% or more).
Shipping Information:
Please be sure to review your shipping address when you complete eBay’s Checkout. We use USPS to ship all orders weighing 3 pounds or less; please be sure to give us an address that the USPS will deliver to. Shipping charges (or Free Shipping, when offered) cover the costs of shipping to your confirmed address one time, so please be sure you give us the right address the first time! Ebay orders returned to us for Undeliverable Address or Refused will be cancelled and refunded less restocking fees.
In order to protect both the buyer and the seller, we only ship to eBay Confirmed addresses. Orders that require a change of address will require the buyer to request cancellation of the order, so that the item may be re-ordered with the desired address. This policy does not apply to auction wins, as the item will be shipped to the first eBay confirmed address given when payment is received, and auction cancellation requests will not be accepted.

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES other than to APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories serviced by the United States Postal Service. International customers may order our items through the Ebay Global Shipping Program if your destination country is eligible.
We use the United States Postal Service for all One Day shipping orders. One Day/Priority Mail Express parcels may take TWO days to some U.S. destinations; this is at the sole discretion of the USPS. Again, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide a mailing address that the USPS will deliver to.
