Handling Time

– Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close.
Non-Paying Bidders
– Unpaid item cases are opened after three days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.
Cancelled Transactions
– If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.

– Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of eBay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.
Shill Bidding
– If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to eBay.
